This site has no analytics, no advertising pixels and no mailing list. The only personal information Red Earth Developments holds from this website is what you choose to send us in an enquiry, and it exists so that we can reply to you.
Only what you type into the enquiry form: your name, email, phone number if you give one, the project type and your message. No accounts, no cookies, no mailing list. If you'd rather not use the form, phone or email us directly.
We use it to answer your enquiry and, if it becomes a job, to run that job. We never sell it or hand it to anyone for marketing. The only others who see it are our web host and email provider, purely to deliver it, and a consultant, surveyor or subcontractor where that's needed to price or carry out your project.
An enquiry that doesn't lead to work is deleted six weeks after we've answered it. Project records are kept as long as Victorian building law requires.
This site runs no analytics, sets no cookies and carries no advertising or social pixels. Nothing on it is loaded from a third party. It is served over HTTPS, so what you send is encrypted in transit.
Email info@redearth.net.au and ask. We'll tell you what we hold, correct anything wrong, or delete it — normally within a few days, at no charge. The only thing we'd keep after a deletion request is a project record the law obliges us to retain, and we'd say so plainly.
If something's wrong, tell us first. Unresolved privacy complaints can go to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au. If how we handle information changes, this page changes with it and the date at the top moves.
